Shipping policy

We offer shipping only within the continental United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

For food items, orders are shipped Mondays through Wednesdays, excluding holidays. Unbox your food package immediately upon receipt and follow the enclosed instructions. We are not responsible for products that have been damaged due to being left outside. Because we use special packaging for our food items, food and other items cannot be shipped together.

For all items, signature is not required for deliveries. Delivered items may be left at the recipient's door. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed and we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.  We are not responsible for delays caused by peak holiday seasons, carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other circumstances outside of our control.
